I hardcore chewmaxxed for the last 4 months. I made got good gains, my bigonial got slightly wider and my ramus increased.
But my teeth(especially molars) significantly shortened. I don't know if they really got worn down or pressed into the gums but it sucks. Imagine if I continue and my teeth get so short that I can't even chew anymore, I would be fucked.
Anyone has the same problem and know a solution to grow back teeth or make them more resistant ?(Obviously, chewing less to not make it worse but what else)
