Not sure if the pic you send is real. It doenst look to bad but it isthe reason why foids shouldnt do LL.
Many foids even if short have naturally short torso and arms with long legs so they will look much worse.The foid i sended looks fine with the same Argument.
LL result like every other surgery varys fro patient to patient but foids shouldnt do more than 10cm espeically since they wear tight exposing Outfits with high heels.
Most me will look good as long as you dont do mlre than 20-25cm proportion wise
