How can you tell if a girl is good looking?

My issue is any girl that shows attention to me I think is attractive (so like 90% of girls).

So how can I tell if a girl is actually attractive or I'm just desperate?
How are they treated by other girls? What's their Instagram like? How do they act etc?

make sure their gonial angle is at the perfect degrees, whether her maxilla is slightly recessed or not, how ideal her facial ratios are
then you make an adjusted estimate as to where they lie on the PSL scale

and then and only then can you determine whether a girl is attractive or not

2. She have decent bone structure
3. She isn't a midget
4. She have nice long hair
