It is quite easy in my opinion lol, you can show pics to an AI and ask them too. My cheekbones are very high set and I got a round heavy babyfat padded face but you can still see them stick out a bit to the sides and underneath the eyes.. helps if there is no hair in the way too.

I can tell when it’s someone with really prominent ones but with 99% of people it’s lit not visible idk how im supposed to be able to tell

jokes aside dude you can look at their cheekbones or even when theyre laughing,if theyre too low then they have low ones
and high cheekbones are rare too so youll mix them with mediums
