How can you tell if you have cancer?

I'm really hoping that God will finally bless me and give me inoperable cancer so I can finally check out.

How can I get cancer quicker and how do I know if I have it? And don't suggest cigarettes I quit them because they are bad for me, I hear they cause tumors.

I have never experienced love and I will never find anyone so what's the point.
