how can you tell if your infras are recessed

I want to know if theyre is any at home method or way to tell if your infras are recessed.

If you can't tell it likely isn't an issue, it's as simple as just looking at your undereyes do they look sunken in hollow discolored or wrinkled? If so you might have recessed infras.
