The age of consent was 12 when first made. But feminists claimed teenage women have the minds of children, and wanted it raised to 16-18.

So people who agree with higher age of consent ultimately believe that men were wrong for so long but feminists came along and got it right. So these people are in essence feminists, but many of these agecucks will then claim that feminism is bad.

It is kinda. Sexual attraction to teens is normal. Also state intervention is not needed in those cases. There are countries where the age of consent is 14 and there are no issues.

16 is still okay in my books but anything below is not reasonable. laws are there to protect the vulnerable. teenage girls/boys are vulnerable (physically and especially mentally) and their sexual intregrity should be protected by means of age of consent etc.

Italy, Hungary, Serbia, Austria, Bulgaria all have age of consent of 14, and that’s unlimited age gaps not just close in age.

Czech, Denmark, Sweden, Slovakia, Poland, and Croatia are all at 15.
