How come all dentists and optometrist s are all women

Literally all my dentists and ortho and eye doctor are women.

If you are in India, most of the competitive exams which are required to get into the medical field have reservations for women which makes it easier for them to get in as the bar of entry is lower

In Germany usually the woman works at the reception but a male is the doctor and does the difficult work
