This situation is not that common as say just having overall facial recession and is otherwise typically not the bottleneck on someones face

cause most need something else first like bimax. and how your teeth and jaws are play a huge role in how your lips look. in most cases stuff that targets the lips specifically (i.e fillers) are just masking the problem. even braces can significantly change ur lips. thickness, symmetry, and position. if you have crowding, crossbite, inward slanted teeth, these could all cuck your lips. very little people that have addressed the previous need lip stuff, or at the very least is low on the list of priorities to get fixed
