How come even physical sunscreen causes breakout on me?

Should I drop both sunscreen and salicylic acid, because these two breakout my face.

The salicylic acid was intended for blackheads, but it seems to be doing nothing. I am thinking of Tretmaxxing hopefully tret can remove the Blackheads better than SA.
