How come every time I go outside i run into someone that needs my help?

Right now i just helped someone that needed to make an urgent phonecall in the middle of nowhere at 3am. On sunday some woman collapsed infront of me and I took her to the hospital. Is this proof that god has a plan for me? Or does this shit really happen often and i shouldn't think about it.
