How come gta v doesn’t have interior buildings to kill people in?

One thing I loved about gta iv is going to the hospital, night club, Internet cafe, etc, to kill a lot of people.

I would get my snack and drink and just go out there blasting women to death. Then I’d blow myself up with an rpg when the cops came.

But GTA v doesn’t have any interiors except for the strip club. That’s the one gripe I have with gta v. Besides that it’s the best game. The only game I play.
