How come im only 180cm tall while my brother is 195cm

Im confused because my older brother has shit habits, bad sleep and a bad diet, while my sleep is pretty good and I eat healthy foods, and have had a very good diet for the past 3 years. However he was much taller at 18yrs then I am rn (turned 18, 3 months ago). Am i cooked guys? And is it possible to have a late growth spurt?
