How come more grand canyons don’t exist?

I googled the Grand Canyon and apparently it was created over millions of years of some river carving it. If that’s the case how come no other similar canyons have formed around the world? There are a lot of rivers so shouldn’t there be canyons all over the place

Most of it just expanded to other places slowly making most of the water distribute equally making the water level go down, before there used to be more land and most oceans/water literally swallowed them entirely lol
