how come npcs always get mad at this?

when u take a picture of them or even of smth near them they get super mad. its like theyre in eyewitness protection and their location cant be known or smth
for example i took a pic of this house and the loser on the porch got crazy mad and tried breaking my phone

i wouldn't mind if someone takes a pic of my possessions, idk why they're mad at that.

but if someone took a pic of me i wouldn't be happy about it.
