How come Robert Pattinson had virtually no nasolabial folds?

It seems like it can't have anything to do with his horizontal/forward growth, since the horizontally/forwardly grown bones responsible for stretching the nasolabial tissues are significantly recessed in his case. Does it all have to do with the width of his face? If so, how much could his jaw be contributing to the stretching of his nasolabial tissues, since - although he has a high bizygomatic width - I feel like his zygos are flatter than ideal.

Perhaps the better question is: how come Robert Pattinson's malar fat pads are so stretched?

Nah, but when you look at jaw filler transformations, there's no noticeable difference in the stretching of the malar fat pads. Then it must come down to his cheekbones, right?
