Plenty of users here get surgery, I’m not sure what you’re talking about. This is like one of probably less than 20 places on the internet where people discuss this shit in notable quantities every single day. Vast majority of people don’t need DJS b/c vast majority of people aren’t that recessed. Tons of people get rhino, filler, braces, palate expanders on this forum, hell even genio and septoplasty, fat grafting, canthoplasty, lip lift etc.

Idk if you call subcision or lasers or acids on the skin “surgery” but I’ll be going in to a derm for those in around 9-10 months once I’m off accutane. I’m getting Invisalign soon probably, alr had a consultation, and gonna visit an ENT to check for early signs of sleep apnea due to my recession.

If people wanna LDAR and choose to still rot on this forum they are either a truecel or mentally ill. Vast majority of people have attainable improvements to make.

Only something like 10% of the forum users are of an age where they’d even be considered for surgery.

And then out of those kids:

• Some will outgrow blackpill and forget about it
• Some might just have a good puberty and no longer need surgery
• Some might ascend using methods like drugs or bone smashing, if they work. Nobody really knows and I don’t really care.

In the end the number who will actually have the will and money and need to get surgery is always going to be low, I think. But I could be wrong - and if I am we will be seeing some crazy inflation.
