How come when im in class nobody teally cares about school subjects but here

People actively look for information intrigued? How could this be so different to the people im around day to day?

Even people in stem were nonchalant to the same degree tho. Never met many people that would be intrigued to this degree. Only maybe 3 people out of a 100
