I’ve noticed my left eye is higher than the other, is there any way to softmaxx or just surgery?

Not a big concern could be angles. IF that was an actual issue it would be bone related therefore you would need surgery but you look fine.

Barely noticeable. It looks that way in first photo because your head is slightly tilted. If you are really still annoyed by it after you do the basics you can look into a lower eyelid lift or something. You can also fraud it by getting your eyebrows super symmetrical and growing your lashes with lash serum or oral minoxidil. Look into the pros and cons of them. I think you won’t care about it once you’re debloated with a tan and good haircut and all that
