Thinking of starting using retinol+volufine. Idk about other skincare cuz I remember I used cerave cleanser, moisturizer and the ordinary salicylic acid and it literally made my acne 20 times worse, I didn't have a single clean spot on my forehead

Looks like dehydration lines. Use HA acid serum, a good moisturizer and drink enough water.

Volufiline is supposed to increase “fat” in areas. It’s mainly used for undereyes.
Retinol is a weaker version of tret and the results will take very long and are sub ideal.
