Not cope. Just depends on why your nose is boulbous in the first place.

But it depends on how fatty or inflammed your nose is. If it's wide by structure, hc wont do much. If it's wide due to how big the nose is in terms of soft tissue, hc is key.

i was using 0.5% everyday for 2 weeks and then switched to every 3 days and i can say it worked for me
