it's a looksmin, if one becomes fat bulker, with a fat face, bloated, round and ogre maxxed.

if one is low bodyfat percentage and good/decent musle mass with gymmaxxing, than one will look better compared to if one is just low fat twink or one is a skinnyfat flabby guy.

Depends on height and frame. Muscle, height and frame all add a little bit of SMV by themselves, but add them all together and they will compound eachother massively - enough to overcome a bad face unless completely deformed imo.
At the very least it can't hurt and is the best cope there is
Also going gym doesn't guarantee you will build muscle. Could have trash genes for building muscle
