I know People don’t like PRP because it’s expensive and you have to do it a lot to keep up results or (so I’ve heard). But I’m pretty sure I can buy the parts and do it myself at home. And if I get a good setup there’s no reason I can’t do it often. Will this save my hairline?

All you need to do to prevent hairloss and regrow hair is to nuke your DHT.

5 mg Finasteride suppresses scalp DHT by 41%

0.5 mg dut suppresses scalp DHT by 51%

2.5 mg dut suppresses scalp DHT by 79%

Some people need require more scalp DHT suppression and some people require less. It depends on your individual follicles sensitivity. Note that temple/hairline follicles are most sensitive to DHT and will need greater DHT suppression if you want to regrow them

Edit: There are other ways to nuke your DHT if you don't like Finasteride. For example, Nandrolone (aka Deca) will nuke your DHT
