How cope is the midparental height formula for getting a somewhat accurate height prediction?

I want to know if the commonly used height predictors like the mid parental height formula or the double a 2 year old male height methods are worth considering as I'm currently 6'2 but I want to get to 6'4. I was 37 inches tall at 2 years old which doubled is 74 inches (6'2). Lets say the sample is an optimal environment. 18 late bloomer (cdgp) and my mid parental height is 6ft, 5'6 mother 6'2 father.

5'6 is above average for a female tho it isn't that bad, + my mid parental is still at least 6ft but I'm 6'2 so all gd, my mother has tall genes every single male family member of hers is 6'+ and all the girls are like 5'8-5'9, my mother was just the unlucky one lmfao

I am 5'9.5 at 14 and my dad is 5'5 and mom is 5'4.5 according to the formula I would be 5'7.5 as an adult
