Im 15, and turning 16 in 3 months. Hitting the gym daily but I look like fucking shit and need hella help.

bro rn i’m trying to do what u said besides raw meat (i just cook it) but raw diary yes. Anyway why no gym i mean isn’t a bit of stress on body good?First of all stop „hitting“ the gym immediately the Stress stunts your growth and Development Overall and Is just unhealtjy. You are maintaining unnatural muscles while aging yourself stop! First grow your hair really Long okay it will make you stand out a Bit in this world Full of buzzcuts and Short Hair. Most importantly get on a proper diet it will make a big difference and maximize any Development that could potentially be occuring. Bone wise. Eat raw muscle meat, raw Organs, raw eggs,raw dairy, fruits, bone marrow etc.
Also get much sun and good quality Sleep. Put your phone away and watch Sunset before Sleep. Also eat atleast 2-3 Hours before sleep ideally. Give your Body time while You do it results wont come from a few days I know it I did it myself. Also while Doing that try to Save Money for surgerys in the future
