how could i drop my eyebrows?

anyone have a method (safe or not), to lower eyebrows?
my eyebrows are low-midset but my uee just fucks it up i look fucking retarded half the time, if i drop my eyebrows a bit more they’ll hang over my uee.

see man, 17 right now so botox is a little funny for me in case when i age and my eyebrows decide to drop post puberty. squinting also, with my facial structure and whatnot it looks retarded as fuck. just want to drop the area near my mid brow section. was thinking if i pushed them down with ice cubes and hold it there, that should over time work, idk just a theory.
