How could i lose more face fat

I've been always struggling with face fat even when i was skinny i need help reducing it idk what to do so i came came here to ask for tips or some help i thought at 18 years old to go to those surgerys where they remove face fat from your face but for now i wanna try it with no surgerys and i also want to have better jawline, those are 2 main things

But everything else is good i have blue green eyes nice nose i have little of eyelid exposure i have messy hair thats not too long i just need those 2 at top. Face fat reduce,better jayline

rip off the fat on your cheeks it will hurt but worth
