How could I possibly fool my social circle to belief I didn’t get rhinoplasty if I do actually get it done

Today I was fucking around with hair styles for me with ai, and it gave me a way better nose then I actually have. Now I’m miring my ai nose and I would actually have the money to get rhino however I have a strong social circle and don’t want to be the weird guy that gets facial surgery’s so any ideas how I could possibly fool my social circle if I were to get rhino, for example say I had to get a change for medical reasons. You have forward head posture, the ear should be aligned with the collar bone, your body is compensating for a small airway from recession.



I’d go to an airway ortho and get a cbct scan to see what they would recommend.

Great advice, I actually think I have a deviated septum or something in the likes of that because I can only barely breathe through the right nostril, but never realised I had forward head posture thanks for pointing that out! Would you think working on my posture would also be of help?

you would need lefort 1 more than rhino. maybe try injecting aqualyx into that nose tip

Le Forte 1 is a bit out of my price range, could I do fat grafting to my under eye area for a somewhat good result for the way cheaper price
