How dangerous is it to fraud with 8 cm shoes

never enough classic. I am 183 cm tall but i always feel short af. But ive heard that the safe range to fraud with shoes is 3 to 5 cm. would i be able to recover if i got caught with those shoes or would it be over ?

Just use 3-5 it’s not that noticeable then.
