i definitely need MSDO as my IMW is narrow as fuck in both upper and lower , and more narrow in the lower

i want to get MSE + MSDO but many people here say it's brutal as hell

is it that dangerous ? is it done through local or general anesthesia ? is it painful in post-op ?
