I have been using topical minoxdal on eye lashes for over a month now i apply it using a eye lash tool (idk what ita called the one we use to apply mascara on eye lashes)
Seen good/insane amount of eye lashes growth same goes for beard and if i talk about under eyes i dunno if i saw any side effects maybe its itch sometimes but in retard i applied tret under eyes 2x a a day
