I've heard Russia has a mafia today... Soviet Union was different, "Thieves in Law".
is Russia / eastern Europe area dangerous? is it as bad as South America where people are frequently getting killed?
I grew up in Chicago... which was primarily Polish and the whites were crushed by the blacks and hispanics for dominance for gang activity... which is why I ended up in Texas.
Slavic men aren't very good at organizing gangs.
