How debloat?

I don't understand why I'm still bloated today I ate 5 bananas (3 in the morning and 2 in the evening) I didn't eat anything very salty, I drank +-3.5 or 4 liters of water, walked for 3 hours, and just the day before yesterday I went to make a snowman, also in the morning I ate 3 bananas, walked and drank a lot of water and literally all the swelling went away and this is my first time in my life when I didn't have them
 
It takes minimum a week of doing this consistently. Take postassium and magnesium supplements. Maybe you are gaining loads of fat from just eating bananas.
If this does work you may just be chubby or fat

I'm fat rn 67kg/184-183cm and I'm take magnesium too every day 3 times
I eat only bananas on breakfast and eat only 2 times daily

Maybe its a body fat percentage issue. You maybe be light ( too light at your height ). But you may have a large amount of fat percentage and not muscle

hoestly i feel like water is one of the mpst important clue of debloating, also it taked consistency, i don't know what you look like rn but usually do it for like 2 weeks at least and you should be seeing good results if you're doing things right

If i were you i would just pack on muscle before trying to get even skinnier because you would look odd at 11 % bf.

I have some muscle but rn I'm not go into gym but I think in summer I comeback
