Guys i have problem like my face is bloated like everyday idk i was drinking water and making cardio,running,cycling.
but otherwise this shit happens again and im bloated next morning and like idk im preferring not salty food eating not too much but someway im getting bloated how really get off the puffines of my face and permanently get off that bloated face
 
i will be really pleased if you make some advice without cope like ice on morning its temp thing
 
if you think you are still bloated you might just have a high body fat, use and online calculator to check, otherwise you might be putting to much stress onto you body with all the physical activity, which can make you bloated, so js try to chill, be in a calorie defecit, and eat a lot of potassium rich foods
 
starve for moths then do wtv your doing now

get in the gym
drink 4l water everyday
dont eat junk slop
eat meat

caffeine no junk food 2l of water maybe 3 and starve

How much water are u drinking? And are u on a caloric defecit is ur kalium(potassium) intake 3 times that of ur salt intake?, also u should drink water through out the day as ur body can only process around like 0.75 l water a hour and if that doesnt work then i would look into other methods
