How detectable are 1inch lifts

If i suddenly came out one day in air maxes(which i always wear) and had 1inch lifts , would people or my mates notice the height difference or would it be too subtle to detect?

Nah only need a slight boost, im 5ft10 , so just about reaching 6ft in shoes would be ideal
