How did Clav get rid of his hyoid?

Wondering if anyone knows what his protocol was for raising his hyoid, and skin around/under his jaw?

I’ve got a pretty good jaw, but my hyoid especially while smiling can be a bit of a nerf and I need to delete this shit NOW

you should best know looking good isnt all genetic, you said you needed a lefort 2 to look human. just think how you would have looked if you werent reccesed at all
