pretty sure you can see the bolts used to hold the bones together on the xray

Genio I think but most of the perceived change is just a different hairstyle and hyoid lift from tongue posture.

His xrays showed the difference wasn't bone

His forward growth of the maxilla is the same

The big difference is
1. His eyebrow grew very dark (light , no eyebrows -> very dark, yes eyebrows)

2. His upper eyelide decreased , thaat give him the hunter look (he probably gained some fat and stopped being so skinny

skinny = big upper eyelid exposure
not skinny = less upper eyelid exposure that give you eye area a more hunter look
(It ofcourse depends on the fatpads in you eye"s, thaat is genetic or maaybe also hormonal..)

now lets talk about the jaw area, no idea what he did about his jaw lol but the ramus lenght for sure got longer
