He rose to fame because using a pepe meme avi and phrases from the forum draws in edgelords who think getting giga invasive experimental surgeries rather than the tried and tested ones from the best surgeons in europe is the only route worth taking

Yes I'll just hand over 10s of thousands to some guy who treats sawing your facial bones apart and peeling back your face skin like a meme, what could possibly go wrong?
Very unlikely a person like that is some kind of sociopath scammer who would allow dozens of people's lives to be ruined for him to profit from
