it was chrismas break i was eating like shit and eating whatever i wanted and basically my face looks fat ash rn im 14 do you think when i go back to my regular schedule after break of working out cardio n eating well i will debloat or did i acctually gain fat in my face?
 
if u gained fat in visible areas such as ur midsection yes u got fatter, just workout n you’ll be fine

bro for breakfast i had frosted flakes im cooked what do u suggest i buy for grocerieres because all my family makes is oily food n carribean food so most of it isint that healthy

Easy, dont have breakfast. skip it, eat when you are hungry. If you want to eat healthy, have the basic eggs/oats/cheap supermarket brand granola cereal.

Personally for breakfast I have greek yogurt protein powder and fruit so id recommend that

Yea that’s good. Personally I would recommend a multivitamin as well.

i mean ur right i checked how much the noodles i ate were in sodium it was 1000mg of sodium per pack
