IIRC they just became popular out of no where, seriously. People just started using it everywhere and alot dont even know what it means. Few days ago some guy in my class was screaming out "low cortisol" and "goatis" while singing that really fucking annoying song that was in every 'low cortisol' edits. When i ask him he said "yeah bro low cortisol mean low stress and goatis means eating raw meat". I blame the Umamusume something something fans.
