If you actually implement things both soft maxes and hard maxes there is no reason for your confidence to be affected in a bad way (unless you get botched)

Good and bad. I’m mtn and that’s decent taking into consideration the percentages, but I’m not content with it and want to hit atleast htn

Went up when I softmaxxed but now it’s lower than when I started because of how my relative looks level has dropped hard since every guy is now doing it. Surgery is too little too late.

I think if you can’t see a clear and actionable ascension path to HTN+ (top 10% or 5% of guys) you are probably better just to LDAR, Looksmaxxing for me has just been a giant cope.
