Unless he litereally had surgery on every part of his face, he has to have had some form of craniofacial development and growth.
I am going to say years of dedication to lifestylemaxing and mewing, but people are going to say im coping.
Mewing works for a lot of people, just not for everyone. This dude probably did some heavy mouthbreathing in his childhood years, and thus was nowhere near his potential in terms of craniofacial growth, so when he fixed the underlying problems, he could actually realistically ascend
