Phenotype differes even amoungst people of the same nation and isn’t a good indication of that.

Slavic people are all the same haplogroup language family ancestry etc as well as simular cultural values. Balkan Slavs look different due to being part turk and MED that’s it they are still the same thing though

Balkan people don't have turkish dna , it's turks that have loads of balkan dna cause of jannisaries and balkan muslims that escaped to Anatolia to avoid genocides.
