This Russian retired professional athlete went from 5'4 to 6'1 in three years from 16 to 19 years old and he made a book on how he did it, i read some of it and he said he didn't grow for 2 years before his methods and both his parents were short asf both 5'5 and 5'2 and he was ethnically Tatar, all of them are short asf like the average Tatar is 5'5 so he was destined to be short but managed to make it to 6'1.
