Implants or fillers, most probably fillers + weight loss.
Has an overprojected chin in relation to his jaw, very bad lips (which should have improved the most by "mewing") and never shown a pic smiling (should have a perfect, symmetrical 12 tooth smile thanks to "mewing").
Don't get me wrong he is a full blown chad, but a lier too.
