Actually there's nothing wrong with lower birth rates as long as the country remains homogenous and migrants aren't brought in large amounts, there are only benefits for the remaining population and more resources for each person.

The reason why lower birth rates are a problem in white countries is because they are actively bringing in migrants in huge amounts who do have much higher birth rates, which will inevitably cause replacement.
