I feel like hes definately got some sort of surgery or photoshop. Losing weight can help reveal what you have underneath but it wont help you grow actual bone tissue.

We shouldn't trust pictures from surgeons sometimes, because a lot of surgeons morph their patients' pictures and I think it's the right time to be skeptical about it.
On another note, if it's real.. He lost shit ton of weight, fixed his overbite, got his jaw and chin fixed, orbital rims and possibly fillers.
