How did this guys jaw/chin change? (Fillers/Surgery?)

Do you guys reckon this guy got jaw fillers? Followed him for a while on Instagram and always been intrigued, it looks like he gets fillers, maybe even had plastic surgery, but he really over-edits his images using the Hollywood Filter app from Faceapp, it's super obvious in some posts.
I seen this post of him side-by-side with himself around 15/16 and him today at 27 years old, how did he get such a strong jaw? I'm pretty sure facial development doesn't change that much, can working out do that? His whole chin/jaw changed.

Someone actually called him out in the comments about his jaw change/forward growth and he just said ''Hahaha I can't stop laughing'' then said he's never had surgery.

What do you guys think? I'm trying to get a better jaw, so this is cool to see.

Edit: I didn't mean to ask about a Hair Transplant too, but I seen a comment where he was speaking about a hair transplant lol

Someone actually commented that which made me laugh, I found a video of the guy at 23 and his jaw is still slightly recessed, looked worse with age. 4 years later he's a signed model and Instagram guy with 100k+ followers. I wonder if he got surgery or fillers.

He has definitely had some cosmetic procedures.

For the chin, I suspect it's been augmented either a MEDPOR RZ Extended Implant, or an Implantech Terino Square Style II Implant.

For the jaw, I suspect he would have had an Implantech Conform Mandibular Angle implant, which tends to give this hyper-contoured masculine aesthetic.

He does look like he got something done, but its not possible to be sure cause in the first pic you cant see his front profile, so its Impossible to know if his jaw really changed that much

Looking a little more, it seems like even today his chin is still weak. But definitely looks like he’s had something done to his jaw, here’s a pic of his side profile from a video last week then the front profile of a video, as well as an image he used of himself at 14 vs 21.
I’d love to work this out and get whatever he had done, my jaw is my only issue and it’s not as bad as his was haha

I screen capped his face from videos and the side still looks weak, but it doesn’t look bad for some reason, I do think he definitely had something done to his jaw, I thought editing but it even looks like that in video haha.
Added a bonus of him at 14 vs 21 (his own words, his own post lol)
