but Romeo and Juliet laws says it's not illegal to have sex with a minor who is in close age proximity (like 4years iirc), so 14 and 18 or 15 and 19 are technically not illegal

I know, (Its 18-16, 17-15) so it was illegal cause he was 19 w a 14
