How did yall become more NT after ascension?

Im still in the process of ascending ( losing some bits and scraps of body fat, hopping on Accutane, etc..) but still need to work on the social aspect of ascension. For those of you on this forum that improved their social skills, how did you do it, and what are some tips you got for me (and other ppl)?
